The school has policies to ensure the consistency of approach and delivery in mathematics teaching and these can be found on the school website

• Mathematics Policy – Outlines the basic principles of our approach to teaching mathematics and expectations of how the subject will be managed.
• Calculation Policy – Outlines how the different rules of number (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) are taught using different visual models, practical resources and written methods.
• Presentation Policy – Outlines how work in mathematics should be presented in books.
